Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide and take responsibility for high-level and strategic workplace relations (IR/ER) leadership and delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and negotiation;
- Strong attention to detail and a strong results orientation;
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.

Join a supportive team, where everyone's contributions matter. The team gathers regularly at their vibrant head office in Camberwell to foster collaboration and build strong connections. They also organise monthly social activities and team-building events to maintain their positive work culture and sense of community.
