**Your role**

The main goal of this role is to design an architecture and lead the security team to bring the MyWorkZone initiatives to life. You’ll shape the strategy and framework for Systems Integrators and Agency stakeholders and coordinate all related activities.

**What you’ll do**

Your role includes:

- Overseeing security architecture, design, development, and implementation activities, ensuring all functional security requirements and designs are met and align with MyWorkZone Security Architecture standards and strategies.

**What we’re looking for**
- Navigate a complex organization that’s undergoing major structural and service delivery changes, using innovative strategies to ensure services are both successful and sustainable.
- Address different levels of information maturity and operational commitment across DCJ and educate business areas on best practices for information management.
- Balance the needs of roadmap-initiated programs and day-to-day operations, managing multiple changes and work programs in a dynamic business environment.
