We are currently seeking a Hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Clients team and ensure our warehouse facility's smooth and efficient functioning. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, this opportunity is for you

Role is as follows
- 6 weeks Hands on training to learn the operation.
- Once competent in warehouse operations, moves into a warehouse management role.
- Role is 10am - 6pm overseeing the loading of vehicles and afternoon despatch
- Has a team of 10 people and 2 team leaders they are overseeing.
- Overlap a couple of hours with day shift to improve the operation.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift Licence
- Car Licence as a minimum
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in WHS would be beneficial to the role
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, as required.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term, Temp to perm

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Team Leader: 2 years (required)
- Warehouse distribution: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Sunshine, VIC 3020 (required)
