**Who We Are Looking For**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for: 3 Supervisors, 1 Shipping Specialist & 20 warehouse employees.
- Responsibility of Health and Safety, continuous improvement, recruitment, training, assessment, appraisals, absence management and discipline.
- Responsibility on warehousing and shipping processes toward our AGCO & Sparex business units operating for the ANZ markets, with a business volume of 120k+ receiving lines and 310k+ order lines shipped per year.

**What You Will Bring**:

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to influence others thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- You have experience of driving change within a warehouse environment
- You have knowledge of the total AGCO Parts business or similar expertise within the agricultural and/or automotive industry with particular emphasis on the Parts Distribution (Warehouse Operations, Transport) requirements to meet the needs of dealers in ANZ
- You can work with cross functional teams (commercial, supply-chain, customer care, transports, other warehouses operational teams)
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- You are used to work in multicultural environments, with a good diversity of markets and culture

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Minimum Level of Education Required for position : Bachelor’s Degree - Logistics and/or supply chain
- Specific Training or Certification Required : Kaizen, 6s, Project Mgmt.

**Who You Are**:

- Your overall understanding of the distribution / agricultural industry and the pressures and priorities from our customers providing an excellent parts service is key to be successful
- A profound knowledge of Parts Warehouse Operations main functions, including receiving, packaging, inventory management, claims and return handling and order processing, and the corresponding operating IT systems involved
- You have proven effective leadership skills within an international distribution sector
- You are familiar with regular budgeting and associated numeric skills, generating Performance report, requesting and leading audits to ensure constant performance levels
- You are able to communicate at multiple levels in the organization, from the warehouse store person to senior management, in an effective way
- You have a bachelor’s degree in distribution logistics or any supply chain related field.
- You have 5-7 years of experience with Warehouse operations and / or transportation management
- You have experience of driving cultural and technical change within an organization
