Clearance Rep/reception Admin Pt

**About the role**

As Reception Administrator you will deliver the best possible service to our customers with an above and beyond mentality. In this role you will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Provide administrative support to the internal business
- Maintain and update accurate records
- Direct visitors in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Perform daily operational tasks according to schedule
- Perform security related duties
- Manage and rely messages within a timely manner
- Undertake problem-solving and/or contact relevant stakeholders to resolve issues or queries that may arise

**Experience required**
- Two (2) years’ experience within a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a customer service mindset
- The ability to take initiative to deliver the best solutions
- Team player who is collaborative and supports others
