We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our growing team This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of tasks, providing you with broad experience in administration, recruitment, and compliance. You will:

- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Accurately input and maintain client and employee information in our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Compliance Assistance**: Support compliance activities by maintaining records, assisting with audits, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
- **General Administrative Tasks**: Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare documents, manage office supplies, and provide general administrative support to the team.
- **Process Documentation**: Assist our coordinator team with processing and organizing important documents.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the leadership team and other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Card.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
