**Job Description**:
We currently have a great opportunity in the Parramatta area for you to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team. Our 'hospitality style' division within Colliers is designed for premium corporate occupiers that desire best in class service for their clients and employees.

This position encompasses a variety of disciplines that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will open up multiple career pathways that you may not have yet considered. They are ideal for experienced customer service professionals ready to transition into the corporate sector.

On any day you could be working in:

- Lobby Reception
- Client Meeting Suites
- Workplace Support
- Audio Visual and Tier-1 IT support

**Qualifications**:
You will deliver the highest quality service standards, whilst operating at maximum efficiency and productivity. Service expectations are high therefore your ability to demonstrate the following is required:

- Customer Service experience within a professional office environment or experience working in a service environment such as hospitality, airline or retail
- Confidence in engaging with VIP clients and busy professionals
- Experience managing a switchboard phone system and meeting room calendars is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polished personal presentation and grooming
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering high quality outcomes
- Problem solving skills and a desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday
