Inbound & Inventory Manager

**This is a Permanent Full-time role.**

**This role is based on site at our Moorebank FC in NSW**

Catch is part of the Wesfarmers OneDigital division, which brings together Wesfarmers’ digitally native businesses: OnePass, OneData and Catch. This division is responsible for enabling Wesfarmers data and digital growth ambitions and increasing customer lifetime value.

We are now hiring a Inbound & Inventory Manager to join our new Fulfilment Centre based in Moorebank NSW. This is where the magic happens The Fulfilment Centre strives to provide a high level of customer service and get orders out in a timely manner to our loyal Catch customers.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for operations of the day to day running of the site department, ensuring safety, service and financial targets are achieved. In tandem, also focusing on mentoring, and developing Supervisors, team leaders and other team members to enable future extended operations and accommodate growth.

**What you’ll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of an Inbound & Inventory Manager look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Working with other departmental managers to ensure smooth and efficient day to day operations throughout the facility
- Liaising with Senior managers to ensure the top-down dissemination of safety, performance and future vision requirements
- Contribute to the budget setting process and monitor expenditure against budget to ensure site efficiency
- Manage and review annual and monthly forecast for the site based on the KPI’s
- Maintain strong working relationships with the workforce to resolve issues effectively
- Report site incidents - investigate, document, and implement outcomes

**What you’ll bring to the table?**
- Well
- rounded experience in a similar role upwards of 7 years’ will be highly beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams to deliver safety, financial and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) results orientated
- Experience in building a high performing team and maximising team performance
- Certification / Qualification in Logistics or Warehouse Management or in a related discipline OR preparedness to undertake such study to compliment the role and the business requirements with Lean qualifications being highly regarded
- Occupational, Health & Safety knowledge and experience in Warehouse setting a must
- Project management skills will be highly regarded
