About the Role

We are searching for a Retail Superstar who can confidently promote our brand and engage our customers, you will be offering advice and matching products to specific pet needs. Taking the time to get to know our customers and there pets so that you can provide the best advice and service and giving them a friendly face to return to

Daily Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers with locating the right product for there pet and educating them on our brands and offerings
- Greeting customers with a welcoming smile and giving them your full attention
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge
- Processing payments
- Stocktaking and Ordering
- Answering the phones
- Assisting in taking Dog Grooming Bookings
- Providing fantastic customer service
- Updating store social media accounts

About you:

- You will be available 3 days a week: Sunday and Monday are required the third day is flexible
- Not just a pet lover, a pet enthusiast You are passionate and want the best of the best to make sure every dog lives a long happy and fulfilled life
- Must be willing to learn about our products and share our vision for happier and healthier dogs
- A team player who is positive and enthusiastic
- A basic understanding of social media platforms

Qualifications & Experience:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in the retail industry
- Experience in the Pet/ Retail industry will be highly regarded but not necessary.
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Confident and well presented person who will best represent our growing brand
- Experience working alongside a team as well as being able to work autonomously on there own
- Be able to comfortably answer phone calls and serving customers
- MUST LOVE DOGS

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $23.50 - $30.00 per hour
