This role will be based within the Research School of Biology and be part of a team with a mission to develop innovative and effective strategies to combat infectious diseases such as malaria. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be expected to conduct studies in collaboration with other investigators, to initiate independent studies with appropriate support and supervision and to provide supervision to students and more junior research staff.

To be successful in the position, you will have experience with molecular biology, biochemistry and cell culture, ideally, as applied to studying malaria parasites. Experience studying drug activity and mechanism of action with be considered favourably. Excellent communication skills, written and oral, will also be required.
