Join an experienced team of import professionals in a role offering plenty of variety and client interaction Our client is a very well established international freight forwarder based in Tullamarine. An opportunity has arisen within their Import team for an experienced Sea Freight Officer.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you you coordinating all aspects of import sea freight operations. Your role will include liaising with clients, shipping lines and service providers to ensure cargo is moving as planned and troubleshooting as you go, checking jobs have been registered correctly, job costings and invoicing, track and tracing shipments as well as keeping the customers updated Our client uses CargoWise One for all operating processes ensuring you have the latest industry software and resources at your fingertips

Once training has been completed this role will become a hybrid model of working between home and the office.
