Bidfood are a national, leading food and packaging distributor. Their mission is to provide a fully comprehensive range to inspire others to create and invent, whilst ensuring that all deliveries are reliable to facilitate this. With over 20 years of experience and growth they are looking to add another team member to their Botany branch.

This fulltime traineeship opportunity will see you reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to all, as well as assisting to complete other administrative tasks.

Across 18-months you will receive hands-on industry experience, as well as paid study time to achieve a **Certificate III in Business **within the **Customer Service Stream.**

**Duties include**:

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and face-to-face
- Process orders
- Escalate enquiries where necessary
- Document processing including filing, archiving, printing etc.
- Additional administrative duties

**About You**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise time and tasks efficiently
- Upbeat and proactive attitude
- Prides themselves on having an eye for detail
- Works effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
- Showcases initiative and an ability to problem solve

**Role Requirements**:

- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Customer service or administration experience (desirable)
