Our spaces are home to a growing network of businesses ranging from start-ups, small to medium size businesses, corporates, non for profits and more. WOTSO has a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere, and our spaces are designed to have a ‘home away from home’ feel. Our spaces are popular with those who want to escape the distractions at home and work in an office setting with flexible and professional terms.

We are excited to grow our WOTSO spaces in the Western Suburbs of Sydney next year and we are on the lookout for Space Leaders to join our team who live locally to the area. We are looking for people who are reliable, proactive, and personable to help open and run our spaces with the support of management.

This role would suit anyone who has customer service experience and enjoys working with people in a full time, Monday to Friday role. Full training is provided, and you will be joining a social and supportive team. WOTSO is a fast-growing company so the successful applicant will have the potential to grow with us

**Your role**:

- Manage the workspace and problem solve workspace issues
- Interact with members and assist with requests
- Respond to sales leads and show potential members around the space
- Understand local coworking/serviced office competition in the area
- Build and develop member relations (through community events and communications)
- Maintain a friendly and warm attitude to all members and guests of WOTSO
- Daily space set up
- Ensure presentation of workspace including kitchen areas are clean, tidy, and stocked
- Plan and execute community events held in our spaces (such as weekly drinks, monthly member breakfasts etc)
- Onboard new members
- Complete grocery, alcohol, catering, and stationary orders for the workspace
- Manage meeting room hire and presentation
- Partner with local businesses through Friends of WOTSO
- General administrative tasks
- Regularly communicate with regional manager and report on site operations
- Work closely with regional manager for support and guidance
- Be creatively involved in the layout/décor development of our spaces

- Enjoy working with people
- All levels of experience are considered, however customer service experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
- Flexible to travel between our WOTSO Sydney spaces for training and to cover leave as required
