Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story. **Position Summary** **Mandatory Skills** PAT tool, launch Command Center, Artemis, Product Attribute tool and CMS tool and OMS framework, Amazon Web Services, Oracle, New Relic, Kibana, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Splunk. **Roles And Responsibilities** - Develop and implement targeted promotions using the PAT tool - Manage new product launches on the website and mobile app, by utilizing tools: Launch Command Center, Artemis, and Product Attribute tool - Schedule Jenkins jobs for reports and alerts. - Troubleshoot and resolve the customer stuck orders by utilizing OMS sterling console. - Create Splunk dashboards to monitor warehouse order drops, identifying and resolving issues across multiple layers - Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions in Commerce - Provide technical expertise in Oracle and Splunk to optimize system performance and reliability - Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Production Support - Drive the Critical/Major Incident calls - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities - Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Display effective communication and collaboration skills - Have a good understanding of multi-channel domain experience - Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Show commitment to continuous improvements - Possess strong organizational and time management skills **Salary Range**:>$100,000 **Date of Posting**: 16-May-25
