**Are you a Personal Care Worker looking to secure a permanent part-time or full-time position within a leading national Aged Care provider?** With endless career progression opportunities, our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their nursing and care staff to work across both their Aged Care facilities based in Mordialloc and Edithvale.

**Shift Availability: Night Shift 11 pm - 7 am**
- Edithvale - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- Mordialloc - Thursday and Friday

You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents’ conditions and escalating any concerns.

**What the role looks like?**
- Residential Aged Care facilities located in Mordialloc and Edithvale
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
