Pony Music is looking for a full time professional retail team member that has a huge passion for connecting with customers and solving their problems.

The ideal person for the role will poses a customer-centric philosophy and have a huge passion for guitar, drums, or pro audio.

About Pony Music:
Operating since 1997, Pony Music is a full line music facility located in Hallam Victoria and is comprised of in-store retail sales, online sales, music tuition, band rehearsals, recording studio, and pro audio drive way hire.

Pony Music has recently gone through a change of ownership and has a small team but is growing and it is looking for that one special person that can help build its team and grow its business.

About You:
You will poses sound communication skills with a customer first attitude. You will be self motivated and happy to work in fast paced environment.

SEO, Online marketing skills, or a tertiary degree will be considered and advantage but are not necessary.

Your typical day will involve handling cash, opening and closing the store, serving our customers in person, on the phone, and through our electronic avenues. You will also be responsible for setting up our rehearsal rooms for our rehearsal clients and interacting with our rehearsal clients while they are at our store.

This is a very person orientated role so if you love people than this role is perfect for you.

Your typical work week will be Tuesday - Saturday with your weekend being Sunday and Monday.

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
