JUNIOR MECHANICAL (HVAC) REVIT MODELER

**OUR CLIENT**

Join our client's growing Building Services team as a Junior Mechanical (HVAC) REVIT Modeler Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy that has been providing end-to-end solutions and streamlined processes for over 25+ years across the Oceanic Region.

They have a proven track record across various industries and offer their clients opportunities for experimentation and insights into design and procurement that are not typically found in the conventional construction/building services sector.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- MINIMUM 1 - 2 years of LOCAL experience across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, and Educational projects (Must be from Engineering Consultancy or Contracting experience)
- Proficient with AUTOCAD and REVIT (HVAC Drafts/Design)
- Clash Detection using Navisworks is an advantage but not required.
- You must also have the ability to manage diverse projects and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure excellence in project delivery while complying with safety, environmental, and quality controls.
- This opportunity is only available for Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and maintain REVIT models and associated documentation
- Coordinate MEP systems with other trades using REVIT and Navisworks
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality controls, as well as relevant review and approval processes
- Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
