What this job involves
We’re looking for a Switchboard Operator to join our onsite team with our Government client In this role, you will oversee the national switchboard on behalf of our client and manage client requests and expectations.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Answering and transferring calls to appropriate departments
Placing international phone calls for employees to clients overseas
Updating employees contact details on switchboard, including address, contact numbers or login ID
Arranging and confirming phone line bookings, cancellations and modifications

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the client
Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities while seamlessly delivering outstanding customer service to the client
A can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
