Our client, a global leader in engineering and consulting services, seeks a Sales Leader to spearhead their Energy & Utilities business in APAC.

In this pivotal role, you will drive order intake, revenue, and profit growth while guiding customers through their grid modernisation, decarbonisation, and electrification journeys.

**Spearhead Energy & Utilities business in APAC**:

- Craft and execute a winning sales strategy for the APAC Energy & Utilities sector, securing buy-in from leadership and expanding our presence.
- Become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, shaping decarbonisation roadmaps and business cases.
- Develop captivating proposals that land key contracts and unlock white space opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead diverse, cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, craft winning strategies, and secure victories.
- Foster deep customer relationships across all levels, driving continuous business growth and ensuring satisfaction.

**You're a perfect fit if you**:

- Possess 15+ years of experience in the Energy and Utilities sectors.
- Have a deep understanding of the challenges the Energy and Utilities industries are facing and the opportunities.
- Excel at communicating complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with regular travel.
- Are a self-starter with a proven track record of success and a passion for learning.
- Hold a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Full working rights in Australia.

**Location**: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth
