**About this opportunity**
The Service Operations Manager will be responsible for our Service Coordinator team, supporting them in reaching their individual and collective goals to drive the overall success and growth of our business.
This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the care they need. Lead a team of coordinators and support them as the create schedules for clients and deal with last minute changes. This role will operate out our Mandurah office with scheduled visits to the Bunbury office as well.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent the business as a professional leader in aged care and advocate for our brand within the community.
- Provide daily leadership to Service coordinators to support an effective caregiver workforce and ensure client satisfaction.
- Review current policies, implement strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.
**About you**
- Experience in rostering or scheduling is desired (preferably in healthcare, aged care, or community services).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience leading & managing a team is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Highly efficient and organized with proven time management skills
