If you love hands on work, are physically fit and want to earn a nationally recognised qualification while earning an income, then we would love to speak with you This company is a dynamic Landscape Construction and Maintenance Company operating nationwide out of their headquarters in Melbourne.
As a Parks and Gardens Apprentice you will learn how to correctly identify plants, measure PH levels of soil, as well as perform outdoor maintenance such as trimming, irrigation, mowing, weeding, planting, trees maintenance and undertake general land maintenance. You will also have to opportunity to specialise in either wetland or estate maintenance
**About you**:
- Physically fit and self-motivated
- Eager to work outdoors with an extensive variety of work sites, horticultural jobs and projects
- Strong team mentality with an attitude of helping others
- Positive attitude towards working full-time and gaining a nationally recognised qualification
- Valid white card and WWCC or willing to obtain
- A desire for excellence
- Consistently reliable and punctual at all times
- Commitment and dedication to TAFE studies
- Provisional license and own car is preferable
