We are seeking a **Delivery Driver** to join Midas Mediterranean to start URGENTLY
- Full-time employment
- Competitive salary of $65,000 (+ super & benefits)
- Start time of 4:00am daily with midday finish every day
- Monday to Friday - NO WEEKEND WORK

**Qualifications** Responsibilities of the role**
- Independently operating and monitoring the delivery truck, ensuring it is running safely and efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment.
- Accurately pick, dispatch, and deliver all products to our customers.
- Stock rotation at the restaurants and factory to ensure food safety/FIFO principles are being adhered to.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, and packaging to maintain consistent standards.
- Collaborate with the members to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Report equipment malfunctions, product defects or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- General vehicle & equipment maintenance (pumping tyres, checking fluid levels, cleaning the delivery vehicle and equipment).

**Additional Information** Requirements of the role**:

- Prior experience in delivery driving is **_essential._**:

- Prior experience in food handling is advantageous.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift heavy loads **_(up to 20kg boxes daily)_**.**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good understanding of English (written & verbal) and basic Maths.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality are a must.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Food Safety Certificate
- (_Can be obtained free of cost during on-boarding)_
- Full/open car licence needed (MR or HR licence NOT required, but advantageous for future progression)
- Must have a clean driving record (Traffic History will be checked prior to commencement)
