We are a top rated real estate agency operating in Concord West and we are looking for someone who will help us continue a 5 star service to clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and systems-orientated Receptionist who loves what they do. You will be a part of a high-performing, dynamic team that works extremely well together. This is a full time position Monday to Friday - no weekends

**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience preferred but not essential and willing to commence Certificate of Registration

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Mail collection & sorting and distributing incoming mail for all business units
- Managing phone system
- Administration support work
- General housekeeping & office duties

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have proven experience in a similar receptionist, administration or customer service role.
- Ability to pick up new systems and databases are all requisites.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Know the importance of uncompromised attention to detail.
- Reliable and passionate for a career in Real Estate.

**Salary**: $41,395.47 - $72,595.91 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
