**About the business**

**SJCM Group is part of successful multinational network with a large number of warehouses and stores worldwide operating in the retail industry. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can successfully coordinates and maintains the distribution of the goods produced by the business.**

**About the role**

**The Supply Chain Manager is a central figure within the organisation whose primary purpose is to ensure timely delivery and adequate stock holdings of materials and components required for production / sales needs. The role is responsible for**:

- Strategically manage the supply side of the organisation in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Understanding the component usage across all inventory items
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Ensure product quality on goods supplied is to standards and specifications
- Maintain active process for measuring supply inventory and determining supply needs based on order and stock requirements Stock control and inventory management
- To monitor, improve and develop existing and new systems and procedures for the projection, monitoring, purchasing and storage of inventory and non‐inventory items mainly from overseas suppliers
- To attend all administration matters related to orders, inventory records and work order maintenance.
- Directing and monitoring staff performances and activities
- Liaising with internal departments and customers regarding the supply and distribution requirements.

**Skills and experience**
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to speak fluent Italian is highly regarded
- To possess advanced computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Deep knowledge of Shiphero and Shopify e-commerce software platforms
- Superior attention to detail; ability to set work priorities and meet critical deadlines are essential
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attitude and reliable
- Current driver’s licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $150,000.00 per year
