**THE ROLE**

As a Client Services / Catering Coordinator, you will be able to build upon your skills working in a professional setting with a corporate hospitality focus. This is an engaging role where you will be supported by a wide range of friendly and welcoming colleagues.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

- working with reception to manage the boardrooms and meeting rooms and ensuring the rooms are configured appropriately for meetings
- reconciling catering invoices
- ensuring catering and drinks supplies are stocked and stored appropriately
- assisting the Office Manager with firm events
- coordinating catering and drinks orders for the general office and client events
- Reception coverage
- attending to client needs, including drink orders
- ensuring that the office kitchens are kept tidy and clean
- general day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required.
