**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for the newly created Category Specialist Retail to join our team in our Perth Corporate office, located in Perth’s bustling commercial and industry district with travel to our sites located in WA, reporting to Category Manager.

This role will require you to identify and tap into direct supply channels from domestic and international markets and manage the supply chain life cycle from sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, risk management, and category management in line with the Supply Chain team’s national focus. Strong growth focus in the retail category within Civeo, you will work closely with suppliers and retail team in assisting development of strong relationships focusing in the retail portfolios.

**About You**

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated relevant work experience of at least eight years in a supply chain across multiple categories of spend.
- Experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisation structures.
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel and/or retail industry.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning program (JDE preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional customer service attitude
- Able to travel when required
