**Your Impact**

This role is pivotal in the overall leadership capability of the Asahi Group, in addition to leading the delivery of the Group’s internal management reporting, Mid Term Plan (MTP) financials, budget process, forecasts (monthly & quarterly), financial target setting & cost management activities.

**Key responsibilities**

Reporting to the Group General Manager, Group Finance, this is a key leadership role with career growth opportunities.

In addition to partnering with senior stakeholders and further building, mentoring and leading a high performing team, your key responsibilities include;
- Leading the financial corporate planning processes and develing the 3 year Mid Term Plan financials.
- Driving and leading the effectiveness and success of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- Responsibility for providing information to the Executive Leadership Team, the Australian Board and parent entity in Japan
- Leading the delivery of the Group’s internal management reporting, budget process, forecasts (monthly & quarterly), financial target setting & cost management activities to help deliver the Group strategy.
- Accountability for capital governance and oversight

**About You**

You will have significant experience in senior management finance roles within large corporate FMCG or Retail organisations. Your commercial exposure to problem solving in an FP&A and IBP environment are essential to your success in this role.

In addition, you will bring;
- Outstanding leadership capabilities (communication, influencing executives, customer focus and financial & business acumen)
- Strengths in dealing with ambiguity and complex problem solving
- Highly developed written, presentation and verbal skills including report writing
- Demonstrated experience in change management across IBP and financial planning
- The ability to lead constructive debate across all levels of the organization
