Carey Kew OSHClub is looking for a passionate and motivated Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our after-school care capacity only. This is a permanent part-time (20:50 hours per week) opportunity, leading a team of Educators at a medium sized (45 licence capacity) service in Kew. This is a fantastic opportunity for those willing to run their own OSHC service with great support structure provided by the leadership team.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 02:30 - 6:00 PM (Stay and Play Program) only, plus additional admin hours. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1,500 signing bonus at the completion of first 3 months plus a $1,500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school

Carey Kew OSHClub is an existing medium sized service that caters to an integrated community with an average of around 15-40 children a day in their after-school care capacity. This beautiful service in Kew has a strong school community that provides a breadth of opportunities for children. We have a dedicated office for administration and our OSHClub children in this service have access to beautiful outdoor areas including the school oval directly outside our OSH space.

Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
