Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) is currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager - Clinical to lead the Quality and Patient Experience team.

You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for data reporting related to clinical and non-clinical services ensuring the relevant programs and activities support the strategic direction, operations, and delivery of high quality care at NBH. In this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience and/or competency in:
- Relevant post graduate qualification related to quality management
- Ability to deliver a quality service within an acute hospital setting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting in a relevant role
- Significant experience leading and managing quality initiatives and accreditation processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage a variety of staff and doctors to achieve outcomes
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSQHS Standards and the ability to implement and maintain systems that ensure compliance
- Proficient use of MS Office and accreditation systems
