Responsibilities

- Lead and evolve the Quality strategy at Quickstep
- Redesign and digitise the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Drive cultural change and drive improvements to reduce the cost of product non-conformances
- Review and maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Support customer bids and contracts for Quality related requirements
- Continuously evaluate manufacturing control processes to ensure final product outcome aligns with agreed customer requirements
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships on quality matters
- Support communication and training regarding the Quality & Environmental Policy and QMS requirements

What we are looking for

- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Quality/Leadership position
- Proven success in change management, process improvement and implementing quality methodologies and systems
- Practical experience with quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment - including 8D problem solving
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the ISO 9001, AS9100 & AS9110 standards
- Auditor to ISO9001/AS9100
