Clean Feeling is looking for Brisbane's most dedicated Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our commercial cleaning team.

**Hours per week**: 38 M-F, no weekends or public holidays

**Key Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Commercial Cleaning
- Training and Team Development
- Supporting a team of Cleaners
- Inspections and Reporting
- Quoting and Client Support

**Key Competencies**:

- Attention to detail
- Technology and software usage
- Communication skills
- Data collection, management and analysis - Tracking and reporting useable statistics
- Problem analysis and problem solving - Thinking outside the box
- Planning and organizing - Digital and paper scheduling and reporting
- Customer service
- Teamwork
- Understanding of OH&S Management - Analyse, development and implementation of procedures and safety standard

**Job Requirements**:

- Require or willing to obtain Police Certificate
- White Card
- Blue Card

All of our commercial teams are provided with full training, safety tested commercial-grade equipment, materials and chemicals to provide the highest standards of cleaning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company car

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
