**Client**:
Delivering incredible office spaces, isn't just about the end result, it's about the journey. My client is a D+C specialist who thoroughly love what they do and have an exciting opportunity available for a senior designer to not only join the team, but help grow it and leave their mark.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of every project, from conceptualization to final delivery
- Develop and present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with other designers and team members to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients
- Develop proposals and presentations to win new business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience
- commercial office fitout experience A MUST
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong business development skills, including experience identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both clients and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers
