**The Role**:
Our clinicians are committed to making a difference in people’s lives. We know that mental health is impacting on so many individuals, families and organisations in our communities and EAP provides an opportunity to access professional mental health support in a timely manner. The Workplace Advisory Specialist/Triage Psychologist will offer dedicated services via phone to clients.

**The work will include**:
Intake, triage and clinical coordination of urgent and important psychological interventions,

Urgent psychological services including critical incident management services

EAP phone based counselling and Manager Support Program

**You will be ideally be an AHPRA-Registered Psychologist with**:
Full registration plus a few years post-registration experience;
Broad experience in clinical and counselling interventions (previous EAP experience is desirable) as well as an ability to work competently, with diverse and complex cases;
Experience with or knowledge of the provision of best practice Critical Incident Management Services;
A high level of interpersonal skills, with an ability to display warmth, flexibility and calmness under pressure;
Excellent computer skills, written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency; and

We encourage all clinicians to join a Peer supervision group 1 x fortnight for additional clinical and supervision support.

Complex and Diverse Work
Within the EAP sector, our clinicians case load includes a range of presenting concerns and various presenting symptoms and diagnosed conditions. Our role will be to assist individuals to engage in receiving the correct support either through EAP and/or through referrals for longer term intervention.
