Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of our infrastructure projects? Join our dynamic Pre-Contracts team who drive turning innovative infrastructure concepts into reality. You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and lay the foundation for Pensar’s future project delivery throughout NSW, ACT and Tasmania.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Submissions Lead to join our high-performing team. The Submissions Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of high-quality, client-focused tender submissions.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Create comprehensive and strategic tender submissions in line with the required information, strategic objectives and Pensar's brand.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across Pensar’s multi disciplined teams including senior leaders to deliver timely and high-quality submissions.
- Ensure that all tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, while building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
