**About the role**

We are looking for multiple experienced **Disability Support Worker (Personal Care Experiance)** to join our team. You must have availability for the following days:

- Tuesday - Sunday (11pm - 7am)

As a support worker in our team, you will be responsible for supporting in assisting particpent to get ready for the night. This is an **IN-ACTIVE NIGHT SUPPORT. **The rate for an Inactive night is **$180 per block (11pm-7am). **An In-active night consists for **2 hours of active work **(assisting to get ready for bed, assisting in toileting) **and sleep the rest**

**Your Additional Responsibilities Include**:

- Increase participants skills with your active support and promote independence by enhancing their skills and personal development.
- Provide quality and professional support in line with participants plans, needs, and wants.
- Personal Care.
- Working with participants with complex behaviours which can involve physical/verbal aggression.
- General Domestic Duties.

- You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients’ individual needs in both their home and community

- You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to use on shifts

**Salary**: Up to $900.00 per week

- Monday to Friday
