We have been Designers & Manufacturers of Custom Architectural Windows & Doors within the residential building industry for over 40 years.

**About the Role**

We now seek an **“On Road” Site Service Technician**to join our team on a **permanent, full-time basis**.

This role will suit an individual who is hands on, likes variety in their day and has previous building industry experience. You will be responsible for **Servicing** our custom products within the **Adelaide & surrounding areas**, whilst providing quality workmanship & superior customer service.

Normal hours of work**:6.00am - 2.45pm Mon - Thurs** & **6.00am - 12.30pm Fri** + Overtime as required to meet customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities: Training will be provided**
- Carrying out **service, adjustments & maintenance**of our aluminium windows & doors
- **Glazing** on-site and utilisation of hand & power tools
- Onsite **product assembly** and coupling
- Safely and efficiently operate a vehicle while towing a trailer
- Maintaining accurate digital service records of works carried out & meeting deadlines
- Liaising with our customers in a professional manner
- Ensuring all safety regulations and company guidelines are followed
- Advising management of any onsite issues early

**About You**:

- Current **Driver’s Licence and White Card**:

- An understanding of **glazing or glass** handling is preferred
- Experience in the **Fabrication of window & doors** is preferred
- Experience with installation of **fly screen/security doors** is preferred
- Experience in towing a trailer and operating vehicles with a tow bar
- Proven experience with manual handling and a strong understanding of safe lifting techniques
- Good physical strength and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy or bulky items
- High level of quality control, job compliance and ensure OH&S is met
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be self-motivated and solutions focused

Training will be provided by our knowledgeable team, including a **company vehicle, phone, iPad and branded uniform will be supplied**. You will be offered a competitive & progressive pay rate with opportunities for advancement. You must be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug test.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
