Hays is currently partnered with an infrastructure and facilities service provider, designing, building and sustaining assets in Australia and New Zealand to recruit multiple Project Access Coordinators on an ongoing permanent basis.

**Your new role**

You will work standard full time business hours from Monday to Friday, taking charge of the coordination of shutdown periods of trainlines and Victorian roads.

You will be point of contact for all internal stakeholders including Engineers and Project Managers as well as external stakeholders including power, gas, water, and other utilities services to coordinate a smooth and cohesive shutdown and movement of all utilities.

This project sees multiple shutdowns, 10 days at a time, with works happening on a 24/7 roster, as such it is imperative you have the below to succeed.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination
- IT proficiency and ability to pick systems up quickly
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relationship and management
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively and efficiently to deadlines
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in a construction industry would be advantageous

**What you'll get in return**

Through Hays, this role offers you a competitive annual salary of $95,000 - $115,000 TRP (depending on experience), the opportunity to commence as soon as possible and flexibility to work from home.
