**About the role**

We are currently seeking a professional dedicated Admission and Skills Assessment Case officer who has experience in visa process and sponsorship visa (TRV 407) with at least 2 years of experience in education and migration industry to join our team in Sydney CBD.

You must have exceptional time management skills, an ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work well under pressure and undertake research related to Immigration matters (e.g. Department of Home Affairs).

In this role, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for clients and answering enquiries
- Assist with day-to-day operations of files/client management/administrative tasks including updating client database
- Assist in developing documents, forms and communication letters
- Prepare visa related documentation
- Provide accurate information to applicants and migration agents in line with government and our policies, procedures, and standards, requesting further documentation from applicants as required

**What we require you**
- At least two years of work experience in the education and migration industry
- Experienced in business development and relationship management
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously to achieve targets

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
