**Key Accountabilities will include**:

- **Local Industry Engagement & Partnership Development - **Source & secure local placement opportunities; collaborate with lecturers/trainers to ensure compliance of partnerships with ACWA requirements; Negotiate MOUs with partners; Collaborate with the IEM to execute engagement plans and regional strategy
- **Student-centric approach - **Proactively manage resolution of agent relationships matters; escalate student-related matters to Senior Lecturer; Collect, analyze and utilise feedback from agencies to enhance the processes of the students; Maintain industry relationships to assess the quality & effectiveness of student education.
- **Compliance - **Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that the Student Handbook is always up-to-date and compliant; Ensure all placement vacancies are vetted by the Senior Lecturer

**About you**
- Proven successful experience in Business Development and/or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in building industry partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple demands.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of community services or related sectors and placement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilising relevant technology and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and to work as part of a team
