**About the Role**:
Securecorp are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented staff member to join the team in Homebush as our new Rostering Manager

In this role you will be responsible for the coordinating the rostering team, rostering of staff, customer service, liaising with Business Managers and Clients, assisting employees with information, data entry and a various administrative tasks.

**Description**:
To be considered for these roles, it is imperative that you possess:

- Previous Rostering Experience is essential, preferably in the security industry
- Ability to manage a team
- Experience in award/ EBA interpretation a must
- High focus on roster compliance in line with EBA/Award
- Understanding of Profit and Loss margins
- Managing rosters, exceptions, pay period close.
- Ability to provide customer service to clients
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- The willingness and ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems/programs
- Demonstrated experience in staffing and rostering of a large volume of personnel would be highly regarded
