We have an opportunity for an **Experienced** **Human Resource Adviser** to join our team at Doctors&Co Management We require an individual who is **highly motivated**, **enthusiastic** with a **"can do"** attitude towards all tasks, ability to work autonomously at a fast pace as well as in a team. This will be a growing practice so a bubbly personality is a must as well as is the ability to think on your feet Your responsibilities will include: - Provide high quality, accurate and timely HR advice and support to managers and employees. - Implement a range of HR policies, procedures and processes across recruitment and onboarding, training, staff movements, establishment, leave, payroll, WHS and injury management to support effective people management practices that comply with organisational and government requirements - Deliver a range of administrative and support services including records management, developing HR correspondence, meeting and event management, and project documentation to support the effective operation of the HR team - Update and maintain HR records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is current, accurate, accessible and stored correctly Identify, analyse and recommend continuous improvement in HR and coordinate the delivery of projects to improve the delivery of HR initiatives and services - Answering all human resources queries posed by management and employees. - Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures. - Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns. - Participating in the appointment process for potential employees. - Monitoring recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover. - Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with staff members. - Reviewing employees' work progress using an employee appraisal system and making recommendations, if necessary. - Updating HR policies in line with current legislation and informing staff about changes. - Selection Criteria:_ - A minimum of 1-2 years’ proven work experience in human resources. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members. - Proven leadership ability. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Working knowledge of HR systems and software. - The ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe. - Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation. - Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies. - The ability to develop trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders. **If you would like to become part of a team that cares for every individual staff member and their self development and meet the requirements and criteria above, please forward your resume, along with a cover letter addressing the selection criteria.** Expected Start Date: as soon as possible. **Job Types**: full time **Salary**: Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience.
