**About the role**

As a Showroom Consultant, you'll bring your passion for design and customer service to help builders and homeowners bring their renovation dreams to life

Based in our stunning showroom in Mentone, you’ll not only create memorable in-store experiences but also get out and about, visiting builders, developers, and interior designers on-site.

If you love building relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are excited about being part of beautiful transformations, this role is for you.

**Your day to day**
- Deliver exceptional customer service for our retail customers and builders, renovators and designer clientele.
- Ensuring customer needs are met with care and attention
- Provide expertise in leading bathroom brands with confidence to guide customers in selecting the best products for their projects.
- Utilize our advanced 3D Planner to visually bring customers’ dream bathroom designs to life, enhancing their decision-making experience

**We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who**:

- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
- Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Is open to working various shifts, including Saturdays
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or head office (we love to promote people from within)
