Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties to a high standard in homes, offices, and rental properties. Flexibility, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out residential, commercial, and end-of-lease cleaning tasks, including:

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Bathroom and kitchen deep cleans
- Window and glass cleaning
- Removal of grime, grease, mould, and stains where required
- Follow safe cleaning practices and use correct cleaning products
- Handle cleaning equipment responsibly and report any maintenance issues
- Ensure work is completed within set timeframes and to client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner

Skills & Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, but training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Physically fit for manual cleaning tasks
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia
- Driver’s licence preferred

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.31 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
