**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking motivated, reliable individuals who bring:

- Qualification in Landscaping.
- Experience in hard and soft landscaping, including paving, concreting, retaining walls, turfing, irrigation, planting, and lighting.
- Strong project management skills, including interpreting plans, ordering materials, and coordinating with clients and contractors.
- A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel across Melbourne.
- An exceptional attitude: self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a great team player.

**Your Role**:
As a key member of our team, you’ll:

- Take the lead on high-end residential landscaping projects.
- Mentor apprentices and support team development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work sites are safe, compliant, and completed to the highest standard.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Residential Landscaping: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Qualified Landscaping certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Melbourne VIC (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
