We are looking for a motivated Head Barista to join our team at Three Beans Cafe - Eagle St.part-time position for +30 h/w from next week.The requirements:

- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting in a similar role
- Ability to handle large volume quality coffee production
- A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
- Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
- Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
- Longterm vision
- Current RSA
- Great attitude, teamwork and personality
- Confident communication style & a professional approach
- Supervising Experience is not necessary but it's a plus.
- availability for the early morning shift (from 5:30 AM as we start from 6 AM)
- Saturday availability
- Fluent English

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than +30 per week
