**About the Job**:
LaunchDarkly's Revenue Marketing team is looking for a Regional Field Marketing Manager, APAC to help drive our mission to empower all teams to deliver and control their software through a growing channel of field events.
This role will join our growing Global Field & Events Marketing team, owning end-to-end planning and implementation of field marketing events in the APAC territory. This individual will join a high-performing, dynamic team responsible for developing roadmaps and marketing strategy to drive sales and pipeline growth within the APAC region. Reporting into the Revenue Marketing department, we're looking for a skilled field marketer who's passionate about partnering with sales teams to carry out a multi-faceted plan to drive pipeline growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own end-to-end planning, implementation, and measurement of field events (both virtual and in-person) that educate, engage and inspire LaunchDarkly's target audiences in the APAC space to increase awareness and drive demand, adoption, and expansion.
- Run end-to-end management (both virtual and in-person), including planning and operations from pre to post, identifying venues/software platforms, vendor management, full project management, creative branding, logistics, partner integration, onsite management, internal communication, and post-event reporting.
- Build close partnership with Sales stakeholders and have a deep understanding of how marketing works together with sales to drive business growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Devrel and Revenue teams to develop messaging, collateral, and CTAs for regional field marketing programs.
- Assist with sponsored events, ABM activities, direct mail campaigns, and other regional marketing activities where needed.
- Partner with lifecycle marketing on pre
- and post-event campaign promotion and follow up.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience of regional event marketing or event-based field marketing
SaaS B2B experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools)
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
- Effective interpersonal skills in both business and technical situations
- Project Management: organized planning and process management, tracking, and ability to drive accountability
- Measurement: ability to manage projects on time, on budget with controlled set of resources, and leverage operations tools to track campaign and sales activity for predictable pipeline building.
- Comfortable traveling ~25-30%
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience running in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Deep understanding of the developer ecosystem
- Experience marketing or selling DevOps solutions.
