Based in Colac - you'll enjoy the best of regional Victoria while being part of a modern, flexible team.

**_What's_** the Scoop?**
- Get hands-on with HR policies, training frameworks, and organisational change.
- Dive into data to report on HR metrics that make a difference.
- Contribute to the creation of employment contracts and ensure compliance with EBAs.
- Partner with teams to provide generalist HR support.
- Coach leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Support our Engagement Survey and help drive impactful action plans.
- Manage performance reviews and workplace productivity initiatives.
- Play a key role in workplace relations and case resolutions.

**_What _**You'll Bring**:

- A degree in HR or similar qualification
- A love for numbers and spreadsheets - data is your jam
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- A desire to grow in a generalist HR career pathway.
Flexibility to work across teams and build strong relationships.
- A driver's license (travel between sites will keep things interesting).
