- Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in Toowoomba
- This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded, medium sized/Large facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside a Facility Manager, 2x Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Regional Education Support plus 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
- In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.- **_What’s the role offering?_**

**_Role Requirements_**
- Full time Australian working rights.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment - desirable but not essential.
- 4 years + clinical experience - Aged Care experience desirable.
- Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills.
