**The role**: As a Principal Technology Officer, you will provide expertise in the installation and configuration of Cisco network infrastructure. You will assist in the design, build and implementation of technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
The role will effectively participate in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions. You will maintain a high level of technical knowledge and provide technical advice and recommendations.
Are you right for this role?In this role, you will demonstrate your experience evaluating and implementing technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT delivery frameworks.
You will have good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will possess a high level of expertise and experience in the following technology domains to analyse, provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice, and support of enterprise ICT services within a large customer focus organisation:

- Cisco access switching and wireless solutions.
- Layer2 and Layer3 network fundamentals
- ITIL or similar change management process experience
- Project delivery experience
