The Greenbushes Lithium Operation is located in a unique residential setting proximal to the town of Greenbushes

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Metallurgical Superintendent, an opportunity exists for a Metallurgical Technician leading Hand

to join the Processing team at the Greenbushes mine site. This is a permanent, full-time position, working a Monday

to Friday roster.

The primary responsibilities of a Metallurgical Technician Leading Hand include:

- supervise, coach and mentor a team of Metallurgical Technicians to ensure tasks are undertaken safely;
- maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures;
- collecting and analysing plant calibration samples;
- conducting test work in the metallurgical lab and preparing reports;
- assisting metallurgical team with plant surveys; and
- assisting with research projects under the guidance of the Senior Metallurgists.

We are looking for safety focused, independent, detail oriented and positive individuals to join the processing team

in the role of Metallurgical Technician Leading Hand.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

- a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture;
- a commitment to quality assurance systems and processes;
- excellent organizational skills; and
- reside or be **prepared to relocate** to within 60 minutes’ drive of the Greenbushes Lithium Operation.
